Accessing Your Quality Information

At MD Infra India Pvt. Ltd. (MDI), transparency, accountability and continuous improvement are essential to delivering quality infrastructure. Project-related quality information, inspection records, test reports and other relevant documentation are maintained in accordance with applicable project requirements and internal procedures.

Employees, clients, consultants and authorised stakeholders may request access to relevant quality records through the designated project or quality team. Requests are reviewed according to project requirements, contractual obligations, confidentiality provisions and applicable policies. Certain records may be restricted to protect commercially sensitive information, proprietary data and the interests of project stakeholders.

Requests for Project Quality Records & Documentation

MDI maintains quality-related documentation to support verification, accountability and effective project execution. Access to these records is managed through the appropriate project authorities and designated departments.

Material Test Reports

Material test reports document the results of applicable inspections and tests conducted on construction materials. These records help verify whether materials meet the relevant project specifications and acceptance criteria.

Requests for material test reports may be submitted to the designated project or quality team. Access is subject to project requirements, record availability and applicable authorisation procedures.

Inspection & Quality Test Records

Inspection reports, quality control records and test results provide evidence of verification at various stages of construction. These records support compliance checks, identification of deviations and monitoring of corrective actions.

Authorised stakeholders may request relevant records through the project quality team, subject to applicable contractual and documentation requirements.
